My name is Ashley Lindsey. I’m 15 years old and the oldest of four kids. I am home schooled and I love to study. My favorite subject is math. I enjoy reading, listening to music, and hanging out with my friends. I went to Mexico in June for a week long mission trip. I very much enjoyed meeting the people there and I can’t wait to meet all of you in Ukraine!!!

The main reason I want to go to Ukraine is to meet lots of new friends who love God like I do!!! I hope to build lasting relationships with people from lots of countries this summer. This trip is going to give me that opportunity.

I can’t wait to worship with all the different languages singing at once! I love to worship God and multilingual worship is going to be so awesome! I have so much enjoyed our team’s practicing songs in Russian and I can’t wait to put what I’ve learned into practice.

I love traveling and this will be my first overseas trip. I’ve never been on such a long flight before and I am looking forward to the experience. I can’t wait for the cultural experience of visiting a European country. I studied countries and geography this year and did a report on Ukraine that helped me to prepare and get excited about MI7.

I am looking forward to sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ with the people I meet who have never heard it. I enjoy watching how God works in wonderful ways to bring people to Him.

I plan on being on the team that finds the treasure first! I’m not flying across the Atlantic Ocean to lose!!! I also hope to help people find the true treasure, Jesus Christ. The theme of this year has captured my interest since the very first information meeting. I am looking forward to searching for treasure while discovering where our heart’s treasure lies!!!!
